Logitech Announces Its First Wireless 60% Gaming Keyboard

This week, Logitech revealed a new compact gaming keyboard, the Logitech G Pro X 60 Lightspeed. The keyboard will launch on April 16 for $180, and preorders are available now at Logitech’s online store.

The G Pro x 60 Lightspeed is Logitech’s first wireless 60% keyboard, which means it does not have arrow keys, a num pad, or the F key row. This makes for a smaller footprint on your desk—the keyboard measures just 11.5 inches wide and four inches deep—while retaining all the keys you normally use for gaming or typing.

Logitech G Pro X 60 Lightspeed

To account for its more streamlined layout, the Logitech G Pro X 60 includes extra functionality through the new Keycontrol panel in Logitech’s Ghub desktop app, such as remapping keys, assigning multiple functions to a key, and creating macros and shortcuts. Along with the software functions, there are also media controls and a volume roller built into the keyboard. It also supports RGB lighting control through Logitech Lightsync, which shines through the dual-shot PBT keycaps.

The G Pro X 60 Lightspeed uses GX optical switches, which record keypresses using light rather than mechanical actuation. While most gaming keyboards use mechanical switches because they’re usually faster and more reliable, Logitech says the GX optical switches offer better durability than mechanical switches and have a faster 1ms input response time than standard optical switches.

As for connectivity, the G Pro X 60 Lightspeed supports 2.4Ghz wireless or Bluetooth connections and provides up to 65 hours of battery life. It also supports wired connections via the included six-foot detachable USB-C charging cable.

The Logitech G Pro X 60 will be available for $180 in black, white, or pink color options, and either linear or tactical GX optical switches. You can preorder at Logitech’s website.

Each model is available in black or white color options, though the white variants are only available at Razer’s website or Best Buy.

Along with the new PlayStation and Xbox Blackshark V2 Pro headsets, Razer is also refreshing its Blackshark V2 X headset with PlayStation and Xbox-specific models. The V2 X headsets feature similar specs and designs to the wireless V2 Pro, including platform-specific spatial audio support, but are wired devices and much more affordable at just $50 each. Despite the differences in spatial audio format support, both the Xbox and PlayStation Blackshark V2 X headsets support Nintendo Switch, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Mac, and mobile via 3.5mm audio connection. You can grab the Blackshark V2 X PlayStation and Xbox wired headsets at Amazon and Razer’s online store.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Comic Book Compendiums Are Steeply Discounted

IDW Publishing’s run of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle comic books has made for some gripping reading over the years, as the publisher’s take on the pop-culture phenomenon has resulted in widely acclaimed stories. If you’re looking to dive in and raise some shell with the iconic heroes, now is a good time to do so as Amazon’s Buy Two, Get One Free sale is now on and several TMNT collections have received significant discounts.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Graphic Novels

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles graphic novels

The best place to get started is with the IDW Collection, meaty TMNT tomes that honor the past while adding new elements to the mix. You can pick up the first two books in this collection, which have over 400 pages of Turtle action contained within them. The first IDW Collection book contains the first 12 issues of the series and several one-shot stories, to give you an idea of just how big these graphic novels are.

If you’d prefer to go all the way back to the beginning, the two Turtles Compendiums on sale are reprints of the original comic books and come with insightful annotations from co-creators Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird. Only the second Compendium is eligible for the B2G1 deal, but the first compendium is only $58.66 when you click the bonus coupon box. You’re saving over $90 off list price. Each hardcover compendium clocks in at around 800 pages, so you’ll also get a workout while reading.

Skipping all the way to the dark future of the Ninja Turtles, The Last Ronin is a grim and dark tale set in a world where most of the brothers have died.

A lone surviving Turtle embarks on a seemingly hopeless mission seeking justice for the family he lost, and throughout several issues, you’ll see just how New York became a post-apocalyptic nightmare. Fans can also pick up a director’s cut edition of The Last Ronin with extra material, while the supplementary series Lost Years reveals new secrets of the Turtles’ past and what happens in the aftermath of the Last Ronin’s final battle.

This year also marks the 40th anniversary of the Turtles, and to celebrate, a new and updated version of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Ultimate Visual History is available to preorder. This new edition expands on the original TMNT encyclopedia with a wealth of additional content, including new chapters on Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, The Last Ronin, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem. Priced at $75, it’ll be released in July.

The game will take the outlaw duo to multiple open-world planets players can freely explore, including recognizable locations like Tatooine, as well as all-new worlds filled with original characters. Thankfully, despite it’s large scope, the game’s developers assure Star Wars Outlaw’s main story campaign will be a “manageable” length. Hard-To-Find Legend Of Zelda Amiibo Figures Will Return This Month

Nintendo’s line of Amiibo toys have been a consistent fixture for a decade, but many of the older figures are no longer in print. If you’ve been searching for a few of the more elusive Zelda figures out there, Target will be getting a fresh restock soon. Two Super Smash Bros. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Zelda and Ganondorf.

Like other Amiibo, you’re not just getting a cool figure for your shelf but a boost for the game that they’re linked to. Meanwhile, you can also check out dozens of deals during Target Circle Week, as the retail chain is offering some impressive discounts.

For Nintendo fans specifically, you can save $20 on Switch games at Amazon, as several first-party titles are on sale now.

Tom Hiddleston Reveals Which Marvel Characters He Wants Loki To Meet

Loki Season 2 may have been the end of the road for Marvel’s fan-favorite trickster god, but Tom Hiddleston is still willing to reprise his iconic comic book role. Via Variety, Hiddleston attended the launch party of Hulu on Disney+, where he reiterated his desire to keep playing Loki. Hiddleston also revealed which Marvel characters that he wants to share the screen with.

“The X-Men are back in there, right? Wolverine’s in them,” said Hiddleston. “My friend Charlie Cox plays Daredevil…I love Charlie to bits.”

Hiddleston and Cox previously co-starred in the Broadway play Betrayal. And on Halloween in 2019, the pair appeared outside of Betrayal’s theater to meet fans with Cox in costume as Loki and Hiddleston wearing Daredevil’s signature outfit.

Hiddleston also echoed his recent comments about his satisfaction with the ending of Loki Season 2, even if it means his time in the MCU is over.

“I truly don’t know,” said Hiddleston. “There had been times before when I truly thought it was the end and I’ve been mistaken. But if this is the end, I’m so proud of where we ended up.”

Game Of Thrones Jon Snow Series Not Moving Ahead

The Game of Thrones spin-off series focused on Jon Snow is no longer in the works. Kit Harington himself, who played Snow on the HBO show, confirmed the news to ScreenRant.

He said the show is not currently in the works. “It’s off the table because we all couldn’t find the right story to tell that we were all excited about enough.” So it was decided stop development “for the time being.” Harington said he hopes there could be a time “in the future” where he returns to the idea. “But at the moment, no. It’s firmly on the shelf,” he said.

A report in 2022 said HBO was considering a Jon Snow series, and author George R.R. Martin later confirmed this and said it was Harington’s idea. However, in Hollywood, development means just that–a show is being developed. As part of the development process, the team decides if it should or can be seen through release by experimenting with story ideas and concepts, among other things. In the case of the Jon Snow series, Harington and the team apparently didn’t find enough compelling material to move forward, so they aren’t.

“I hadn’t really ever spoken about it, because it was in development. I didn’t want it leaked out that it was being developed, and I didn’t want the thing to happen where people kind of start theorizing, getting either excited about it or hating the idea of it, when it may never happen,” he said. “Because in development, you look at every angle, and you see whether it’s worth it.”

In May 2023, HBO’s Francesca Orsi said the team was “working deeply with the writers” to put the Jon Snow series together. But at that time, Orsi did not know if the show would “go all the way,” and now Harington has confirmed that it won’t.

While the Jon Snow series is not happening, Season 2 of HBO’s popular House of the Dragon series debuts this June. After that will come the Hedge Knight series in 2025.

Destiny 2 Is Finally Adding Exotic Class Items In The Final Shape, But With Some Neat Twists

Destiny 2’s armor system has consisted of five slots, but only four of them allowed for Exotic variations. While you could equip an Exotic helmet, gauntlets, chest armor, or leg armor, there has never been an Exotic class item. Until now that is, as The Final Shape introduces this new tier of power to players, allowing them to equip Exotic Warlock bonds, Hunter cloaks, or Titan marks.

The twist here is that you won’t find new Exotic perks on these class items, but they can leech abilities from existing Exotic armor pieces to help enhance a Guardian’s abilities. Two perks can be taken from other Exotics–including perks from other Guardian classes–but where things get tricky is that these perks are the result of a random roll. So while there is potential to get an Exotic class item that slots perfectly into your particular playstyle and build, there’s a good chance you’ll need to do some heavy farming to obtain that sought-after god roll.

Now Playing: Destiny 2: The Final Shape | Official Gameplay Trailer

One potential combination teased by Bungie was a Titan Exotic mark with Spirit of the Star-Eater and Spirit of the Ophidian perks. Together, that class item will allow for quick reloads and overcharged Super abilities when you pick up orbs of power, but building a Guardian around that Exotic could prove challenging. With the right roll, there could be some massive potential to create a truly devastating Guardian for use in The Final Shape and PvP.

Exotic class items are just the tip of the iceberg for Destiny 2’s upcoming expansion, as June will see the Prismatic subclass debut alongside a new enemy faction, the Dread. But for now, Destiny 2 players can look forward to new content starting this month with the launch of Into the Light.
